Today it's official: AddPro joins itm8 to further boost digital transformation for European businesses
500 Danish and Swedish-based digital transformation specialists from AddPro join the itm8 ecosystem today, following final approval of the acquisition by the Danish authorities. The addition of AddPro raises the level of digital transformation capabilities itm8 offers to companies in Northern Europe.
It was first announced on 19 May 2022 that AddPro would join the itm8 ecosystem and continue to operate as its own brand within the group - and today it became official By introducing AddPro's capabilities in business solutions, data warehouses and automations into the itm8 ecosystem, the quality and availability of digital services for Nordic companies will increase, with the aim of modernising and transforming the way they do business.

New majority ownership confirmed
As AddPro officially joins the itm8 ecosystem, itm8's updated ownership structure has also been confirmed. As of 5 October 2022, Axcel Management with the support of Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker have become the new majority shareholders of itm8. Their strong focus on Danish values and ambition to lift business, is an excellent match for the future ambitions of itm8.
The two Danish investors replace the British venture capital firm Hg as majority shareholder, backed by a wide range of partners from the management and employees of AddPro and itm8. We are now poised for accelerated growth and a renewed focus on delivering high quality transformation services to customers across Northern Europe.
