AddPro accelerates operations - appoints new board

Axcel, one of the leading private equity investors in the Nordic region, launched a partnership with market leader AddPro in the summer of 2020. AddPro has been in an incredibly expansive phase over the past year and in conjunction with the new partnership, a new talented board has been established.
-
We are incredibly pleased to have been enriched with such expertise. Now we are accelerating further to develop our business, says Nicklas Persson, CEO and co-founder of AddPro.

AddPro was founded in 2000 and since then the development of the application and cloud integrator has been going up - and recently at rocket speed. Over twenty years later, AddPro consists of around 350 top-rated consultants, of which a full 85 percent are technical business specialists working in one of the company's areas of expertise. The business has plans to grow by an additional 100 new employees in 2021. AddPro is actively working with strategic vendors and selected cloud services towards the goal of delivering a combination of solutions that meet, but also exceed, clients' business requirements.
- We help our customers with integration, migration, strategy and administration of their IT systems. In all aspects of our work, we strive to deliver that little bit extra," says Nicklas Persson.

Strong corporate culture and big goals

Shortly after the partnership with Axcel was launched, recruitment for the new Board of Directors began. The aim was to enrich and complement AddPro's already deep knowledge in areas ranging from the software industry and application development to cyber security and telecom.

After an intensive recruitment phase in the autumn of 2020, AddPro was able to establish that it had found the right people for the board. In addition to Christian Bamberger Bro and Björn Larsson who were recruited internally from Axcel, three external board members were recruited. These include Anders Lidbeck, former CEO of tech company Enea AB and software company Telelogic AB, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Board. In addition, Kari Forsén, a former management consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry from Avanade and Capgemini, among others, was recruited. Frank Vium is the third of the new board members and comes most recently from a role as Head of Customer Success for Western Europe at Microsoft.
- We are very pleased with the additions and confident that they will help develop the already strong company culture. We have big goals for the future and are confident that, with the help of the new board and the expertise they possess, we will achieve them," continues Nicklas Persson.

AddPro delivers the highest value

Over the past six years, the surveys conducted by Radar Ecosystem Specialists have generated clear evidence of AddPro's hard work. The majority of the surveys have listed AddPro as the number one customer in Sweden among the tech companies that delivered the highest value per dollar invested. In the future, AddPro aims to establish itself as a natural player outside the Nordic region as well.
- We already have global customers that we proactively help no matter where they are, but the goal is to grow even more in Europe and to do it "The AddPro Way", which means that we must constantly challenge ourselves a little more and become a little better, concludes Nicklas Persson.
